Heartspace were appointed for the refurbishment of 5 Embassy Residences as well as public areas in Lilongwe, Malawi. The brief was to refurbish 5 existing residences to a Scandinavian aesthetic, using materials and specifications that would last for a minimum of 10 years. It also included the specification of all equipment and fixtures for kitchens. The finishes have been selected for their longevity, sustainability and Scandinavian Aesthetic. The palette is light, natural and clean, with high quality fittings and equipment that should have a long life span.
