Our client was based in Polokwane and put his trust in Heartspace to do a complete design, FF&E and OS&E fitout for  3 Luxury apartments in Menlyn Maine’s Trilogy Development. We first established a look and feel direction which our client approved. From there we put together a full spreadsheet of every element in the apartments from specialised lighting, wallpaper, furniture and equipment. We had a real “Move that Bus!” moment when the client saw the space for the first time, complete with chilled champagne in the fridge and a fully equipped apartment, ready for living.
